CLAIMS FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE MUST BE MADE WITHING 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND ALTERED MATERIALS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Any questions should be directed to your Woolf Distributing Sales Representative. Only saleable material will be credited upon return, any material not credited will be disposed of. Woolf Distributing staff will make this determination. If in doubt, call your sales representative to inspect prior to return of merchandise. Returned material will be collected but NOT inspected by Woolf driver. Material will be accepted for return in the same quantity minimums as sold. Items purchased by the piece can be returned by the piece. Sheet goods, Homasote, hardboards, as examples, that are under 10 pieces must be inspected at time of delivery and are NOT returnable.
